Vellutino fabric we are producing is made by 40D x 40D polyester, 60gsm, width including 115cm,155cm, 160cm, 165cm, 182cn, 195cm. Its brushing side could be sticky with VELCRO automatically very good, and price is very competitive, so it be largely used in sofa industries after lamination with foam, and also many other industies.
Our quality standard is: it could be sticked with the velcro totally 20tims.

 WELF-KNITTED 100%POLYESTER MICRO FIBER SUEDE FABRIC (GILIAN)
Comparing with Ottawa (Warp-knitted Micro Suede), the Gilian fabric have its own special character of good elasticity on its width way, so that Gilian is a smart choice of shoes materials when you need the suede have a good elasticity.
Gilian can be flame-laminated with foam based on elastic base fabric such as Interlock, Tricot brush, etc.

Poly Interlock is a simple circular knitted fabric, it is used largely in lamination industries for technic and performance textiles use. It can be laminated with foams, or different fabrics which have some one-way stretch, such as GILIAN.
Act as a bulk-buying materials for lamination use, we know the packing of this materials is most important, we are using 2.5inch diameter 6mm thickness strong carton tubes to make the rolls, with smooth selvedge and wrinkle-free..

 TRICOT FLOCKIING. (Zeer Velvet)
Our flocking mill locates Zhili town which located at east of Huzhou city 15kms. We possess 2 advanced flocking lines with a production capacity of 1-1.2 million mtrs of various flocked fabrics.
From 2002, we have been supplying tricot with nylon flocking fabrics for Indian and South American market, and now we have expanded our sales to all over the world.
We have several alternative specifications for your selections: 100%polyester FDY 50D24Fx50D24F tricot fabric as back fabric, do flocking on it, flocks can be 100% pure nylon, or mixed by nylon and viscose with different proportion of 70/30,50/50,etc. Readymade fabric have a soft and nice handfeeling, and the fastness of the flocks is very excellent. Width can be 54" and 58" after edge-trimming, width can be 54", 58" or 60".
Packing: 25mtrs/roll fixed, use THERMO SHRINK WRAP of poly bags, high-resistant tubes. |
