We are now producing tricot plain fabric with nylon flocking. We use 95gsm tricot plain fabric as bottom, then make flocking on it, the flocking is 100% nylon 1.2D, thickness 0.5mm-0.6mm, 180gsm, width 145cm after edge-cutting. Packing: 50M/roll.
Handfeeling:soft.
About 28000meters could be loaded into a 20' FCL.
